Our Story, Your Future

At Raphael’s School of Beauty Culture, we recognize each student as an individual and strive to make them feel heard and supported. Many of our graduates have gone on to successful careers as cosmetologists, educators, salon owners, and industry professionals. With seven locations across Ohio, finding the right fit is easy. We offer a range of programs, including Cosmetology (Basic & Advanced), Barbering, Advanced Esthetics, Advanced Manicuring, and Massage Therapy, providing students with the skills and training needed to excel in the beauty industry.

As a family-owned business for over 55 years, we’ve been around a long time, but that doesn’t mean we’re stuck in the past! We listen to the feedback of our students to guide the direction of the school, we stay on top of industry trends to teach the most current curriculum, and we aim to keep our programs engaging and valuable so our students can graduate feeling prepared for the future. We aim to provide you with the modern education it takes to make an impact in today’s beauty industry quickly and efficiently. Ask any local salons about the reputation we have built over the decades; Bringing beauty to life with a solid foundation and technique.

Being able to take my own clients really helped! Raphael’s allowed me to meet other people with the same love for esthetics as me which was amazing! I was there for 3 months and took my state boards one month after I graduated! I passed and I am now a Licensed Advanced Esthetician at Advanced Esthetics! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to attend esthetician school!

My journey through Raphael’s was so much fun. Between the instructors & all the friends I got to meet and connections I made, it was so worth it. I highly recommend going here for your cosmetic schooling no matter your age or gender! Amazing people & amazing vibes all around!🤍✨🪩🧿🍒

Raphael’s made it quick and easy to get my license so I could go straight into starting my own business. I was able to do my entire course in a little over 2 months! My instructor, Jordan, always showed us the latest trends, techniques, and products which helped me get a head start into my career.

@baynailedit

Raphael’s was by far the best choice I made for my career. I moved all the way to Ohio to gain new experiences not knowing the best one of all would be being taught by the amazing teachers at Raphael’s! I now work at a prestigious medical spa in Newport Beach California and love what I do everyday 🙂

@Skinsocietyoc_julia

They helped me get as much experience and understanding of what it takes to be a successful nail tech and they allowed me to pick up as much knowledge in my scope of practice I’ve been licensed for a year and I love every second of it
