About Raphael’s School of Beauty Culture, Inc.

Career-Focused Learning in the Beauty Industry

At Raphael’s School of Beauty Culture, Inc., we are not a faceless corporation or “cookie-cutter” franchise, so you are not just a number. We want to make sure our students feel heard and valued as a contributing member of the school.

Many of our graduates have gone on to become successful operators, teachers, salon owners, and sales representatives in the field of cosmetology.

As a family-owned business for over 50 years, we’ve been around a long time, but that doesn’t mean we’re stuck in the past! We control the direction of the school, respond to industry changes, and make adjustments to the program right away, without having to wade through a lot of red tape. We aim to provide you with the modern education it takes to make an impact in today’s beauty industry quickly and efficiently.

Ask any local salons about the reputation we have built over the decades.  Rock-solid, yet progressive and forward-thinking.

From Our Grads

Since passing my State Board Exams, I am now the owner of Kaitlin’s Designer Nail Spa in Garrettsville, Ohio. In addition to basic nail services, I also offer hundreds of original hand-painted designs. I have been published multiple times in NAILS Magazine including being in the top 22 for their Annual Cover Contest with entries from Professionals around the world for both 2014 & 2015. Some of my nails were showcased in Scott Publications “Just Steampunk!” 2011. You can also find me on Etsy, where I have sold finished hand painted artificial nails that have traveled all over the world!
