You Can Get the Skills to Be an Esthetician in as little as Six Months*

With three schedules to choose from, complete our program in as little as five and a half, six, or seven months! Be on your way to a new career faster.

Total Spa Skills Training

As a student in this program, you can learn to provide a variety of spa experiences, including several different types of facials and masks*. In our student spa, you can have the opportunity to train on machines used for advanced facial treatments.  You can also learn basic skin/body treatments, and practice advanced up-and-coming services.

Schedule

Classes run Tuesday – Saturday*, with three potential schedules to choose from:

  • 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.: Complete in 7 Months*
  • 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.: Complete in 6 Months*
  • 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.: Complete in 5.5 Months*

Classes start on the fourth Tuesday of each month.

*All students are required to complete 16 hours of Saturday attendance each month. If you complete more than 16 hours of Saturday attendance one month, the additional hours can roll over to the next month. For example, if you complete 20 hours of Saturday attendance in January, you will only need to complete 12 hours of Saturday attendance in February.

Want to graduate even faster? Or need some extra help? We offer study hall Tuesday-Friday from 8 am-9 am for students who want to complete extra hours or make up missed work.

At Raphael’s School of Beauty Culture, Inc., we want you to know your education matters to us. Our esthetics educators, much like our cosmetology educators, are very diverse and knowledgeable. They all have different skills and specialties to teach, and they are involved in the industry themselves. Our educators put our students first and treat everyone as individuals.

Salon Management Skills

Want to be your own boss? In addition to the art and science of skin-care, this program is designed to teach all areas of being a salon manager such as hiring new employees, payroll, taxes, etc. As a graduate, we can help you feel comfortable entering the professional world with confidence knowing that we have strived to provide both the technical spa training and practical business skills to enter the profession.

Work with Professional Product Lines

As an esthetics student, you’ll have the chance to work with many top salon quality product lines including Dermalogica, DermaMed, Satin Smooth, Amber, and Glo Minerals. This way you are able to experience a wide range of products that you may encounter in your career.

State Licensing

We strive to help successful graduates of this program prepare to sit for the Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board licensing exam to become a licensed advanced estheticians.

Esthetician Kit

Skin-Care & Esthetics Kit

When a student enrolls in the Advanced Esthetician course, they will receive their books, manikin, apron, and nametag the first day. At 80 hours of attendance, they will receive their Glo-Minerals mineral makeup and Dermalogica kits. At 180 hours of attendance, they will receive their iPad and access codes.
